Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Develop a deep understanding of TIME Manufacturing Company’s product offerings to effectively communicate benefits and solutions.
- Collaborate with the outside sales team to identify opportunities, generate quotes, and close sales.
- Work with customers in electric utility, telecommunications, and forestry selling Versalift and Brand FX products.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking leads, sales, and customer interactions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, escalating as necessary.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Team-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to continuous learning.
