Job Functions
- Establishes customer contact by initiating followup outbound calls and receiving inbound return calls
- Promotes products and facilitates customer needs to utilize company's products or services by adequately assessing customer qualification, thoroughly explaining product/services benefits, and assisting with facilitating physician communication as necessary
- Solves customer concerns by providing appropriate information regarding products and services
- Records customer information and maintains database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
- Ensures quality service by following departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and standards
- Facilitates sales process by communicating/sharing information with appropriate internal and external contacts
- Completes and ensures accurate validation of insurance benefits
- Provides customer followup as required
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using appropriate technologies and processes in accordance with company standards
- Ability to assess customer qualification and explain product/service benefits effectively
- Experience in resolving customer concerns and maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of and adherence to departmental and company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Effective communication skills to facilitate interactions with physicians and other internal/external contacts
- Ability to accurately validate insurance benefits and provide customer followup
