Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage B2B SDR and appointment-setting teams across multiple client programs
- Oversee outbound prospecting initiatives targeting business owners and executive-level decision-makers
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between SFI and assigned clients
- Participate in client kickoff meetings, onboarding, and launch planning
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train inside sales representatives and SDRs
- Develop call strategies, outreach cadences, scripts, and operational playbooks
- Conduct ongoing coaching, call reviews, and performance management sessions
- Maintain and monitor KPIs including outbound activity, contact rates, appointments set, pipeline creation, and conversion metrics
- Ensure teams consistently achieve client objectives and monthly performance goals
- Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies to increase performance
- Deliver weekly reporting, recommendations, and strategic insights to clients and executive leadership
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and program expansion opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales management, SDR leadership, or appointment-setting management experience
- Prior experience managing outbound B2B sales development teams required
- Proven ability to lead teams against KPIs, quotas, and pipeline generation goals
- Experience in outsourced sales, lead generation, SaaS, technology, staffing, or professional services preferred
- Strong coaching, leadership, and employee development skills
- Able to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual communication platforms
