About the role
Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is seeking high potential and quality individuals to join the Inside Sales team. This team is dedicated to protecting and connecting customers' homes with smart home solutions.
Responsibilities
- Take in-bound, outbound or cross-sales leads generated through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Provide world-class service to new customers.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored smart home solutions.
Requirements
A high school degree or GED equivalent is required. Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory. Must have proficient computer skills and be able to pass a background check and obtain an Alarm License.
Qualifications
- Goal-driven and coachable with an open mind to learn and apply training to your role.
- Ability to work full-time in the Provo office.
- Ability to work designated shifts from 6:00am - 11:00pm, 7 days a week.
