Inside Sales / Lead Generation - Jackson, MS

About the role

Regional Homes, a Division of Champion Home Builders, Inc., is seeking an energetic Inside Sales / Lead Generation Specialist to assist in connecting prospective homebuyers with retail sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective homebuyers by phone, text, and email
• Qualify leads and understand customer housing needs
• Schedule appointments with the nearest retail location
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries
• Support retail locations by helping generate showroom traffic

Requirements

• Strong communication and phone skills
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Experience in sales, inside sales, or call center environments preferred
