About the role
L&M Corrugated is seeking an Inside Sales Intern to support our Sales team while gaining hands-on experience in customer engagement, lead generation, account management, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with customer communication and account support
- Conducting outbound calls to existing customers and prospective clients
- Following up on sales opportunities and customer inquiries
- Supporting lead generation and business development efforts
- Aiding with quotes, proposals, and sales-related administrative activities
- Helping coordinate customer meetings and sales follow-up activities
- Supporting marketing initiatives and social media outreach efforts
- Learning how customer relationships are developed and maintained
- Collaborating with internal teams to help ensure an excellent customer experience
Requirements
- Motivated and eager to learn
- Interest in sales, marketing, business development, or customer service
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
