About the role
Our Soundcore team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Intern to support our North American sales team.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to sales operations, account management, retail partnerships, and business development within the consumer electronics industry.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day account management activities, including retailer communications, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Assist with sales operations tasks such as SKU setup, pricing updates, inventory coordination, and retailer requests.
- Maintain accurate customer, sales, and account records within CRM and internal systems.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, business reviews, and other materials to support customer meetings and internal planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in North America and China to support sales initiatives, product launches, retailer requests, and business operations.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities and provide recommendations to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Previous internship, retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
