About the role
We are seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to support our Outside Sales team in delivering HVAC solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on commercial HVAC system design
- Prepare estimates and quotes based on plans and specifications
- Provide technical assistance during installations and for existing equipment
- Manage customer accounts to ensure excellent service
Key Duties
- Design and layout of HVAC systems
- Estimating and quoting equipment and parts
- Offering technical support for installations
- Managing customer accounts
Requirements
A degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, with experience in commercial HVAC and proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software. Knowledge of construction and contracting models, including Design/Build concepts, is advantageous.
