About the role
RMB Products is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth by managing relationships with prospective and established accounts. The role is based in the office with 10% travel.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and timely process incoming RFQs and leads
- Coordinate with external and internal sales, engineering, and operations teams to gather scope information for opportunities and quotations
- Submit quotations to customers and proactively follow-up to track status
- Bridge communication between teams (engineering, sales, operations, customer service) to ensure alignment of customer requirements through order fulfillment
- Maintain and record all sales activities, including pipeline, opportunity status, internal/external communications, and reporting KPIs within required systems
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Participate in internal project and new product development meetings to support customer requirements when needed
- Manage customer portals to retrieve RFQs and upload documentation
- Support the sales and leadership team with reporting, forecasting, and sales functions
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Polymer Science or related fields or equivalent experience
- New graduate or ~2 years of inside sales, sales support, engineer, or military experience is required
- Manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductor, or technical industries experience preferred

- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship management ability
- Effectively present ideas, requirements, and results to internal & external departments
- Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain the confidentiality of all projects, customers, and techniques
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. CRM experience is a plus
