About the role

The Sales Development Coordinator is responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, customer support, and prospecting. This role requires a proactive communicator with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification & Conversion: Identify and qualify leads, convert them into opportunities, and pass them to the Field Sales team.
  • CRM & Communication Tools: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, make calls and texts, and collaborate with sales teams.
  • Customer Support: Follow up with customers to secure reorders and collaborate with Sales Representatives using Business Intelligence tools.
  • Prolificating: Proactively reach out to dental practices to uncover new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or administrative coordination (preferably in a technical or B2B environment).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
  • Collaborative mindset and a service-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

  • Experience with order entry/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with technical products or solutions-based selling is a plus.
  • Prior experience in lead qualification or sales development is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of dental industry and products is beneficial.

Benefits

Ivoclar offers competitive compensation starting at $23.00/hour - $26.00/hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process.
