Inside Sales Coordinator

Position Summary: Responsible for executing customer prototype quoting activities and supporting customer production quoting activities. Major areas of responsibility include gathering prototype tool/piece costs, developing internal cost structures, and interfacing with the customer as needed. Responsible for providing administrative support to the AFM and Sales teams. Essential Job Functions include, but not limited to, the following: Execute all activities associated with the prototype quoting process.Audit various items for submission to vendors/suppliers, including but not limited to:Material content breakdownSupplier cost and tooling breakdowns required in the quoting process Supplier container cost analysis required for packaging in quoting processAccurately enter and update customer purchase orders and pricing updates into Plex.Manage and maintain the customer portal.Strong team support across multiple groups and customers.Provide support for profit improvement from business/job award to end of production.Identify and train a back-up(s) to manage key tasks when absent.Additional functions not specifically outlined in this position description as directed by the leader.
