About the role
Townsquare Interactive is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role involves connecting with small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S., understanding their goals and challenges, and recommending tailored SaaS and digital marketing solutions that drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Connect with small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S. to understand their goals and challenges
- Conduct virtual consultations and product demonstrations
- Recommend tailored SaaS and digital marketing solutions that drive measurable results
- Manage the sales process from initial outreach through close
- Partner with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Requirements
- 1+ year of inside sales, B2B sales, or customer-facing experience (SaaS a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in virtual presentations and consultative selling
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Qualifications
- A BA/BS degree (preferred but not required)
