Key Responsibilities
- Identify Sales Opportunities: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals by engaging with prospective and current customers.
- Maintain Salesforce Records: Keep account records up-to-date by logging daily activities, emails, and opportunities.
- Manage overdue opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Handle Administrative Tasks: Work on the open order report daily through Sales Systems. Address customer administrative needs, including handling complaints, credits, quotes, samples, and orders professionally and promptly.
- Promote New Products: Increase sales by promoting new products.
- Attend product refreshers throughout the year to stay informed.
Qualifications
- Education: Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: Required: 2+ Years Inside Sales Experience; Preferred: Account Management Experience
- Skills: Required: Persuasive telephone manner and etiquette. Problem solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task;
- Preferred: CRM Database (Salesforce), JD Edwards Enterprise One Software
