Key Duties / Responsibilities
- Make 60 dials per day and/or spend 3 hours on the phone.
- Schedule 2 new presentations per day, totaling 10 per week.
- Close 12 contracts per month with a close rate of 30%.
- Average order value (AOV) of $3000+.
- Attend weekly team meetings via MS Teams.
- Participate in regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings with your Sales Leader.
- Participate in regularly scheduled product and sales training sessions.
Experience / Skills / Abilities
- 1-3 years of Media, Advertising, Digital or Broadcast sales experience.
- Tech-savvy, proficient in Salesforce.com.
- Highly organized and productive, able to manage time effectively.
- Eager to make a real impact and help local businesses thrive.
- Infectious enthusiasm and charm for building strong connections with local business owners.
- Self-motivated and driven, thriving under pressure and challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
