Key Duties / Responsibilities

  • Make 60 dials per day and/or spend 3 hours on the phone.
  • Schedule 2 new presentations per day, totaling 10 per week.
  • Close 12 contracts per month with a close rate of 30%.
  • Average order value (AOV) of $3000+.
  • Attend weekly team meetings via MS Teams.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings with your Sales Leader.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled product and sales training sessions.

Experience / Skills / Abilities

  • 1-3 years of Media, Advertising, Digital or Broadcast sales experience.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in Salesforce.com.
  • Highly organized and productive, able to manage time effectively.
  • Eager to make a real impact and help local businesses thrive.
  • Infectious enthusiasm and charm for building strong connections with local business owners.
  • Self-motivated and driven, thriving under pressure and challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
