Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 50+ daily follow-up calls/emails to designers, contractors, and general contractors
- Identify, track, and close commercial project opportunities
- Schedule appointments for Outside Sales Representatives
- Maintain strong communication with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Occasionally visit local contractors to develop VE (value engineering) opportunities
Pipeline Management
- Monitor Salesforce pipeline and ensure every opportunity has a clear next step
- Move projects forward through relationship-building and a sense of urgency
- Ensure all project data and client interactions are accurately logged in Salesforce
- Host weekly pipeline meetings with assigned OSRs
- Utilize tools like Dodge Reports to identify project stakeholders
Professional Development & Events
- Attend industry events (ASID, AIA, NEWH, etc.)
- Participate in product/vendor trainings
- Engage in ongoing professional development
- Attend company-wide meetings and inventory counts as needed
Requirements
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Sales or project coordination experience preferred
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with Salesforce or CRM systems
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented
