Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities by reaching out to inbound leads via phone calls and follow-up emails.
- Use active listening and effective interviewing techniques to identify and understand client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales closure goals on a quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build a robust sales pipeline and facilitate successful deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, tracking lead progress and interactions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales, required.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and targets.
- Strong phone presence, with the ability to make numerous phone calls per day.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word).
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as HubSpot.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening, problem-solving and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Some college education, preferred.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $40,000 per year
- Bonus Opportunities: Monthly and quarterly incentives
- Total Compensation Potential: $75,000 - $100,000 per year and beyond
