Inside Sales - Client Service Coordinator - Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities by reaching out to inbound leads via phone calls and follow-up emails.
  • Use active listening and effective interviewing techniques to identify and understand client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales closure goals on a quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build a robust sales pipeline and facilitate successful deal closures.
  • Maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, tracking lead progress and interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales, required.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and targets.
  • Strong phone presence, with the ability to make numerous phone calls per day.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word).
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as HubSpot.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening, problem-solving and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Some college education, preferred.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $40,000 per year
  • Bonus Opportunities: Monthly and quarterly incentives
  • Total Compensation Potential: $75,000 - $100,000 per year and beyond

Work Environment
