About the role

Renewal by Andersen of Lexington, KY is seeking four Inside Sales Center Agents to join their growing team. Positions are available at the Inside Sales Center, with flexible schedules including:

• Position 1: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Position 2: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $20 per hour
• Monthly Bonus Opportunity: Up to $1,000

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred
• Strong ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
• Excellent active listening and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Energetic, versatile, and highly motivated
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls and send text messages to leads and existing customers to schedule in-home design consultation appointments
• Follow provided scripts and processes to accurately set qualified appointments
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details within internal databases
• Support Design Consultants by ensuring appointment information is complete and properly documented
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers in alignment with Renewal by Andersen’s Signature Service Program
• Represent the company professionally and positively in every customer interaction
