Role Overview: Inside Sales Associate
About STR Nashville, TN | In office, Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities
- C Conduct proactive research to identify and engage potential customers within market segments.
- L Learn and communicate the value of our solutions tailored for clients.
- M Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, product demonstrations (virtually), closing, and renewals.
- A Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage product usage.
- T Accurately track all activities and client information in the CRM system.
- E Meet or exceed sales and activity targets.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university.
- 2+ years of inside sales or related experience.
- P Proven ability to make a high volume of outbound calls daily, including cold calling and following up on leads.
- S Skilled at quickly building rapport and trust with prospects over the phone or email.
- D Effective at qualifying leads, asking discovery questions, and identifying customer needs in a fast-paced metrics driven environment.
- M Motivation to learn sales fundamentals and grow in a sales career.
- T Comfortable with heavy phone and virtual outreach; no travel required.
Preferred Qualifications
- F Fluency in Spanish - both written and verbal.
- P Prior success in high-volume calling environments strongly preferred.
- A Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- S Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
