Inside Sales Associate-Remote (Start Date: 8/31/26)
About the role
The Phone Sales Associate at Intoxalock is responsible for handling warm leads, communicating with prospects primarily via phone, closing sales, and scheduling installations. No cold calling is involved. This role offers paid training and guaranteed commissions for the first 90 days. The average annual pay for this position is between $75k - $85k, with top earners potentially making over $100K per year. Commissions are uncapped.
Responsibilities
- Handle warm leads and communicate with prospects (primarily via phone)
- Closing sales and scheduling installations
- Build value to uncover needs and overcome objections
- Maintain minimum quality expectations
- Timely follow up on active prospect list
- Work with Sales Team management to improve performance
- Understand the entire sales process from lead creation to closing
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A high school diploma with a bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-3 years of sales experience
- Ability to type 30+ words per minute
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong motivation and desire to control own income (commission-driven sales professionals)

Schedule
Monday-Friday, 1:00PM-9:30PM Central Time (CST) (11:00AM-7:30PM PST, 12:00PM-8:30PM MST, 2:00PM-10:30PM EST), one Saturday or Sunday every 4th week.
