Inside Sales Associate - Land.com - Austin, TX
About the role
This role is within the Inside Sales Associate team at Land.com, a division of CoStar Group. The Inside Sales Associate will focus on growing revenue through the sale of Land.com solutions in a specific geographic territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep expertise in Land.com products, pricing, and competitive offerings to clearly differentiate value and win competitive deals.
- Own and execute a territory business plan with clear revenue targets, driving consistent growth from both existing customers and new logo acquisition.
- Build, expand, and leverage strong relationships with our client base through consultative selling.
- Drive customer retention by delivering strong onboarding, training, and ongoing account optimization and servicing meetings.
- Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline by tracking activity metrics, forecasting monthly revenue, and executing against defined KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
- 2+ years of successful sales experience preferably in a business-to-business environment.
- Proven track record of success in a corporate sales environment, exceeding sales targets and meeting all KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Energetic team contributor with a great attitude and competitive spirit.
- Driven, results oriented and enjoy working in a team environment.
- Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights to customers.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CoPilot).

- Basic Qualifications
