About the role
MI Windows & Doors, part of MITER Brands, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support our dealer partners through exceptional customer service and sales support. This role serves as the primary point of contact for dealer orders, customer inquiries, and account support within an assigned territory. The Inside Sales Associate acts as a critical liaison between customers, Outside Sales Representatives, Production, Credit, Delivery, and other internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where relationship building, problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential to success.
Responsibilities
- Respond to dealer and customer inquiries accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealer accounts and territories.
- Partner closely with Outside Sales Representatives to address customer concerns and resolve service-related issues.
- Act as a technical resource utilizing CAD drawings, product specifications, and reference materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Credit, Transportation, and other internal departments to support order fulfillment and customer
