About the role
WIT is an industry-leading fluid power distributor and manufacturer, serving hundreds of customers worldwide. We are one of the largest Parker Distributors in North America, providing hydraulic and pneumatic solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and cold calls
- MATCH products and services to customer needs, providing accurate quotes and proposals
- Negotiate terms, prepare contracts, and submit orders efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction
- Track and report sales activity, leads, and account status to management
- Manage multiple priorities while staying organized and detail-oriented
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service or sales experience; fluid power experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Office 365)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Self-starter who works independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
