About the role

The Sales Associate will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for passionate beauty lovers who want to help our customers through their beauty journey.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty
• Recommend additional and complimentary products
• Inform customers of current promotions and events
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues
• Demonstrate Cosmoprof Culture Values

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner
• Able to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
