Inside Sales Associate

About the role

Your role will involve managing the entire sales process from telemarketing to estimating and closing deals, utilizing a proprietary CRM system to track interactions, and participating in various sales and marketing functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive leadership development initiatives such as list-building and data-mining programs
• Manage and utilize a CRM system to track calls and meetings with customers
• Execute a strong prospecting approach including audience segmentation, call scripting, and reporting
• Attend client meetings and events as needed
• Work closely with management to acquire leads and progress them through qualification
• Participate in sales and marketing functions such as networking events, studio tours, and meet-and-greet events
• Be sales curious, constantly asking questions to learn about the customer's business needs

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior inside sales experience
• A degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)
• Sales curious and eager to build relationships
• Strong communication and listening skills
• The ability to adapt sales style to different customers
• Highest level of professionalism, confidence, and willingness to drive results
