This position focuses on building customer relationships through walk-in and phone interactions while handling sales orders, inquiries, complaints, and warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships through walk-in and phone interactions
• Process sales orders and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Perform data entry for invoices and secure payments
• Evaluate warranty items and estimate delivery times
• Assist with receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties
• Maintain professional representation of the company and adhere to safety and health standards
• Support company growth and training initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Computer proficiency (MS Office)
• Ability to handle inventory and customer issues in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to move up to 100 pounds
• Familiarity with related product lines is helpful
