About the role
Orchard is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to join our Central Austin team. As the first point of contact for homeowners, you are the "face" of Orchard. Your mission is simple: transform inbound interest into qualified appointments for our Licensed Real Estate Agents.
Responsibilities
- Drive Volume: Maintain a high level of activity, averaging 150 to 200+ outbound dials/touch points per day to warm inbound leads.
- Master the Script: Consult with homeowners to understand their needs, articulate the Orchard value proposition and set appt. with an Orchard Real estate Agent.
- Manage the Funnel: Utilize Salesforce and Dialpad to meticulously track leads and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
- Collaborate: Work side-by-side with our licensed agents to ensure a seamless "hand-off" for the customer.
Requirements
- The "Grind" Mentality: You enjoy the challenge of a high-volume environment and view every "no" as one step closer to a "yes."
- 1-2 Years Experience: Prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or real estate is preferred.
- Communication Skills: You can build rapport over the phone in seconds and are consistent with professional, punchy follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Full-time position based in Austin, TX (office is in Central Austin).
- Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
