Inside Sales Associate

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound sales inquiries and address them in a timely manner.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
  • Aid in the preparation of regularly scheduled sales reports.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue.
  • Maintain and update internal filing system and records.
  • Input data into Agility inventory management system and advise supervisors of low levels of inventory.
  • Place orders through vendors and support outside sales.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant, clerical role, or sales support.
  • Strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
