Duties and Responsibilities
- Exercises independent judgment to answer inbound calls to sell Innovative Tooling products.
- Provide sales-related solutions utilizing common and alternative sources of information to resolve customer product and service issues.
- Consults with other associates to locate the most effective sources of information.
- Provides customer service to ensure customer satisfaction, account retention, and revenue generation.
- Communicates customer concerns to management to ensure the most effective and lasting problem resolution.
- Builds customer relationships via exceptional levels of service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Works closely with vendors to produce quotes, expedite orders, locate sources for product, and arrange product training.
- Supports outside sales representatives in various branch activities.
Requirements
- 3+ years proven inside industrial distribution sales experience
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency with email, various internet browsers and/or the Windows operating system required.
- Knowledge of basic arithmetic and industrial-like products and the commercial procurement process is preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Adaptable to an ever-changing and growing company
