Job Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Qualify leads from a variety of sources, including events, campaigns, and online inquiries.
- Maintain and update accurate records in our CRM system.
- Utilize digital tools to research and identify target prospects.
- Schedule meetings and provide detailed lead context to the sales team.
- Track outreach metrics and conversion rates of appointments.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
- Share valuable prospect insights to enhance messaging and campaigns.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
- Auxiliary sales-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum: High school diploma/GED with 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Comfortable with metrics, CRM dashboards, and lead qualification processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience using CRM systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
- Organized and efficient in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with B2B sales; experience in the manufacturing or technical industry is a plus.
- Ability to communicate product value and technical information clearly.
- Logical thinker with sound judgment in aligning customer needs with solutions.
- Ability to read financial/operational instructions and write concise correspondence.
Work Environment
- Remote, work from home, with some travel to Perry, NY for training.
Pay & Benefits
Competitive salary range of $45,000 - $50,000 base pay, plus full benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, and PTO.
