About the role
We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Atom. Our role involves building high-volume email campaigns, handling inbound leads, and following up consistently to keep prospects engaged. This position offers direct mentorship from experienced operators in the domain and branding space, along with clear pathways to growth into Account Management, Sales, or Strategy roles.
Responsibilities
- Send high-volume, personalized outbound email campaigns to prospective buyers and domain investors
- Handle inbound leads and respond promptly to keep them engaged
- Follow up consistently with warm leads to keep them moving through the pipeline
- Customize outreach messaging based on lead context rather than sending fully generic templates
- Track outreach activity, replies, and outcomes, keeping records clean and up to date
- Assist the sales team with closing sales
- Hand off qualified conversations to the appropriate sales lead for next steps
Requirements
Some experience in outbound sales, outreach, or a related communication-heavy role
Comfortable making outbound/warm calls daily
Comfortable sending high volume email outreach
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High ownership mindset—someone who follows through and takes responsibility
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
Interest in startups, branding, or technology
