Inside Sales Associate

About the role

Affiliated Parts, a company dedicated to providing top-quality parts to HVAC contractors and building engineers, seeks an Inside Sales Associate to join our team in Elmhurst. Our Inside Sales Associate will interact with customers through phone and email, create quotes, and process orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing customer support via phone and email to assist new and existing customers with their requests in a timely manner
• Create quotes via our order entry system to send to customers efficiently
• Manage customer orders via the order entry system to ensure efficient delivery of products
• Work closely with other members of the sales team, as well as coordinate with the operations team
• Learn and become proficient in HVAC equipment nomenclature and parts identification

Requirements

• Great customer service and communication skills
• 1-3 years of inside sales/customer service experience (a plus)
• Degree in business, communication, engineering, or related field (a plus)
• Demonstrate active listening skills to add value to customer and internal interactions
• Ability to learn and manage several different computer applications

Pay

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $50,000 - $55,000 per year, with flexibility based on experience and skills.
