Job Duties
As our Inside Sales Agent, you are responsible for creating, validating, and processing high-quality repair/testing proposals and order transactions that directly support revenue conversion, booking accuracy, and frontline execution. The role serves as a key commercial support and control point in the repair process, balancing speed, accuracy, and risk management in a high-volume environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive and successful experience in sales support, commercial ops, proposal generation, order management, customer ops, or a related business support role.
- Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience with 3+ years experience in the businesses listed prior.

Pay
Annual Base Pay Range: $57,200 – $75,075. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
