About the role

Infinite Roofing and Roof Maxx of the Central Valley are the Central Valley's roof restoration and repair experts, committed to "Restore, Don't Replace." They're growing rapidly and are seeking a driven salesperson to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle warm follow-up on incoming and existing leads
  • Book and confirm appointments as they come in
  • Run sales appointments in-home and on-site, presenting solutions, and closing deals
  • Conduct business-to-business outreach to residential and commercial prospects
  • Build business development relationships with property management companies, insurance companies, realtors, and other referral partners
  • Track activity, follow-ups, and pipeline in their CRM
  • Hit and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Sales experience (roofing, home improvement, or construction a plus, but not required — they'll train the right person)
  • Strong phone and in-person communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing your own follow-up
  • Able to build trust quickly with homeowners and business decision-makers
  • Comfortable with both inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
