Inserting Operator-day & night shift

About the role

First and second shift openings are available at our La Vergne location for a Full-time position as a Mail Inserter / Machine Operator / Production Worker.

Responsibilities

• Operate mail inserter machines (BlueCrest/Pitney Bowes experience preferred but not required)
• Demonstrated ability to follow and adhere to safety requirements
• Verify order information on audit sheets
• Set up mail inserter in accordance with specifications
• Meet production and quality standards, schedules, and deadlines
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Knowledge in basic math, fractions, and percentages
• Confident with computers and technology
• Mechanically inclined
• Frequently able to lift 10-50 lbs and bend, push, and pull carts
• Able to stand for 8-12 hours, or per shift 8, 10, 12
• Perform moderately complex product change-over activities
• Complete maintenance logs and report inserter downtime as required
• Maintain cleanliness

Requirements

• Experience working with mail inserting equipment is required.
