Duties & Responsibilities
- Remove inserted envelopes in batches and place them into trays
- Verify materials to ensure correct sorting and matching
- Apply accurate tray tags to completed trays
- Sleeve trays and prepare them for palletizing
- Place trays on pallets for distribution
- Occasionally load mail into bags
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged standing and walking
- Occasional bending and stooping
- Repetitive pinching and gripping
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. periodically
Education & Experience
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required
