About the role
Seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide inpatient therapy services in Albemarle, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Delivering specialized therapy to adult patients with cognitive impairments, stroke recovery, aphasia, trach, or swallowing difficulties.
- Managing patient visits independently, scheduling appointments, and documenting care using Samsung Note 9 devices.
- Traveling throughout designated areas, with minimal restrictions, to provide timely services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
- At least 1 year of home health experience.
- Proficiency with Homecare Homebase EMR; preferred experience with EPIC Rover and Mosia.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and effective time management.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the service area.
Schedule
40 hours per week, day shifts.
