Elevate Your Career in Beautiful Northwest Montana! Logan Health Medical Center is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to join their dedicated Inpatient Team!
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered therapy in partnership with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Perform comprehensive assessments, establish functional goals, and document progress in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support continued progress beyond therapy sessions.
- Participate in departmental initiatives, quality improvement projects, and programs that enhance rehabilitation services across the continuum of care.
What You’ll Bring
- A current Montana Speech/Language Pathology License (required) or obtained prior to hire date.
- CPR/BLS within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required.
- Two (2) years of experience in speech-language pathology preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for patient care and continuous learning.

Qualifications
