Inpatient RN - Night Shift (Tues, Wed, Fri 7pm-7:30am)

Full-time, hourly, non-exempt position (36 hours/week) at Hospice Home at HP, 1803 Westchester Dr, High Point, NC 27262.

About the role

This position provides direct nursing care to patients in the Inpatient Unit (IPU), their families, interdisciplinary group management, coordination of patient and family services, and evaluation of appropriate hospice care through development of the Hospice plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Symptom management for patients.
• Conduct patient assessments and document interventions/updates.
• Develop and coordinate the Hospice plan of care.
• Educate patient and family members.
• Communicate with onsite medical providers.
• Supervise CNA services provided to assigned patients.
• Support and train team members.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing.
• Active RN license.
• Preferred: Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN).

Schedule

Night shift: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM).
