6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay
$42.65 – $75.69 per hour
- Evening, night, and weekend shift differentials:
- $4/hr for weekday evenings
- $5/hr for weekday nights
- $4.25/hr for weekend days
- $8.25/hr for weekend evenings
- $9.25/hr for weekend nights
- Overtime pay
- On-call pay
- Eligible for up to $15,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program
- Must provide copy of high school diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained
Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (required within one year of hire if employed after March 1, 2026)
- Experience assisting in robotic-assisted cardiac and thoracic surgeries
- Prior completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program with related experience or successful completion of Scrub RN competency (Internal Northern Illinois Program)
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a cardiovascular operating room or as an RN
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Specialty certification in area of concentration
