Role Overview

• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate inpatient care for patients from pediatric to geriatric populations.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, ensuring dignity, confidentiality, and adherence to clinical standards.
• Assess physical, psychological, and social aspects of patients, apply knowledge of illnesses, and document nursing interventions accurately.
• Advocate for patients, educate families, and modify care plans based on patient response.
• Follow safety, infection control, and HIPAA standards, serve as a resource for staff, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Current, licensed RN in Wisconsin
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
• Commitment to teamwork, patient advocacy, and professional growth
• Ability to meet compliance standards
