About the role
Join a patient-centered inpatient care team as an RN – Inpatient Services, playing a vital role in delivering high-quality care across all ages in a nationally recognized organization known for its exceptional culture and employee satisfaction.
Role Overview
- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate inpatient care for patients from pediatric to geriatric populations.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, ensuring dignity, confidentiality, and adherence to clinical standards.
- Assess physical, psychological, and social aspects of patients, apply knowledge of illnesses, and document nursing interventions accurately.
- Advocate for patients, educate families, and modify care plans based on patient response.
- Follow safety, infection control, and HIPAA standards, serve as a resource for staff, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Current, licensed RN in Wisconsin
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
- Commitment to teamwork, patient advocacy, and professional growth
- Ability to meet compliance standards
