Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse in a rehabilitation hospital setting, providing specialized care for adult patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Support safe mobility and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) training in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.Educate patients and families about condition management and recovery processes.Maintain accurate documentation and participate in care conferences.Contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives within a patient-centered, faith-based environment.
