- Managing a 100% inpatient psychiatry role within a well-supported multidisciplinary team.
- Maintaining a healthy work-life balance with manageable call duties.
- Participating in program development to shape the future of behavioral health services.
Qualifications
- Medical degree with board certification in Psychiatry.
- Leadership experience in an inpatient setting preferred.
- Strong organizational, workflow management, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide clinical oversight.
