Inpatient Program Therapist/Case Manager (LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LMSW)
About the Role
Intermountain Hospital is seeking a dynamic Inpatient Program Therapist/Case Manager to conduct group work with patients ages 12 and older. This role offers the opportunity to work in an engaging environment alongside a team of professionals dedicated to healing and health. The facility, located on 10 beautiful acres near the foothills of Idaho's Sawtooth Mountains, provides a safe and secure environment for addressing mental health and chemical dependency challenges.

Responsibilities
- Conduct group therapy sessions with patients ages 12 and older.
- Perform case management functions, including assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a clinical-related mental health field.
- Training in Crisis Prevention Instruction (CPI) and CPR (paid training provided by the hospital).
Schedule
Full-time weekday and weekend shifts available.
