Inpatient Program Therapist

About the role

The Inpatient Program Therapist position at Regions Hospital provides mental health group therapeutic treatment to patients on the MH inpatient units, as well as in Daybridge Partial Hospitalization or Intensive Outpatient Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health group therapeutic treatment to patients on the MH inpatient units, as well as in Daybridge Partial Hospitalization or Intensive Outpatient Program.
• Document patient and client progress.
• Provide input to treatment plan that may include coordination with other professional services.
• Provide consultation and education about behavioral health issues and treatment.
• Participate in program development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in a mental health profession.
• Knowledge of substance abuse disorders.
• License to practice as a mental health professional in Minnesota. Licenses include: LICSW, Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or (LPC).
