About the role
PsychPlus mission is to increase patient access to mental health resources by integrating technology to improve patient quality of care. We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner passionate about mental health to work in an inpatient setting in San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric care to patients in an inpatient setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and prescribe medications as needed
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements
- Licensed in CA as a PMHNP
- At least 1 year of experience in Psychiatry as a PMHNP
Qualifications
- Passionate about mental health
- Experience with inpatient psychiatric care
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Skills
- Expertise in psychiatric medication management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
