Inpatient Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN Days | Kyle Rehab

About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide care to our diverse patient population at PAM Health. Ideal candidates should have prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong commitment to learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient/patient management, delivery, direction and supervision of care in an age-appropriate manner
• Ensure care is delivered according to the Physical Therapy Practice Act of the state where the hospital or clinic resides
• Comply with the professional code of ethics and PAM Health's policies, procedures and guidelines

Requirements

• PT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides
• Current BLS certification required
• One year of clinical experience preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care protocols

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR)
