Inpatient Physical Therapist

Role: Provide inpatient rehabilitation physical therapy within an integrated, patient-centered healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for adult and geriatric patients.Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to support functional recovery.Assess and improve mobility, safety, and independence to enhance discharge readiness.Deliver patient and family education to reinforce progress and safe recovery.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient-centered care.
