Inpatient Pharmacist

Role: Inpatient Pharmacist Responsibilities Review and dispense medication orders accurately.Optimize medication therapy to ensure effective patient care.Provide counseling and education to patients regarding their medications.Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams across various specialty areas, including Pediatrics, NICU, ICU, Operating Room, and Emergency Department. Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of medication management and pharmacy protocols.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.Ability to work effectively within diverse clinical settings.
