Inpatient Pharmacist
Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus dependent on hired FTE – paid in 2 installments.
About the role
The Inpatient Pharmacist provides established pharmaceutical services in the inpatient pharmacy.
Schedule
- 1.0 FTE – 40 hours/week (may accommodate a lesser FTE down to 0.5 FTE – 20 hours/week for the right candidate)
- Monday through Friday daytime hours with weekend and holiday rotation
Requirements
- Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree
- Registered Pharmacist with a current Wisconsin licensure
Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree (preferred)
- Minimum of one year hospital pharmacy experience (preferred)
