Inpatient Pharmacist (0.5-1.0 FTE)
About the role
The Inpatient Pharmacist provides established pharmaceutical services in the inpatient pharmacy. Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus dependent on hired FTE, paid in 2 installments.
Schedule
1.0 FTE (40 hours/week). May accommodate a lesser FTE (down to 0.5 FTE / 20 hours/week) for the right candidate. Monday through Friday daytime hours with weekend and holiday rotation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree
- Registered Pharmacist with current Wisconsin licensure
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Minimum of one year hospital pharmacy experience
